Hi, I'm Laura, an Army veteran of over 14 years as both a soldier and an officer. I, like so many veterans, struggled to find meaningful employment when I left the ADF. Luckily, I did end up finding success on civilian street, and now we want to use my experiences in both the ADF and the civilian world to help you.

For those who have left or are thinking about leaving the ADF, Service to Civilian is here to help. As veterans ourselves, we understand the challenges of seeking civilian employment. We didn't fully understand the value we had or the skills we brought to a team when we first transitioned. We've learned that veterans have so much to offer the civilian sector but often need a hand translating and recognising their skills.
